Kansas House District 4 deserves an election, not a coronation. For too long, voters in Bourbon and Linn counties have had little or no real competition in this race. That weakens accountability, no matter which party holds the seat. I am running as a Libertarian because I believe voters deserve another choice — one rooted in lower taxes, property rights, medical freedom, criminal justice reform, term limits, and respect for peaceful people. Whether you are Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, or unaffiliated, I am asking you to look past the party label and ask a simple question: should any elected office be handed to someone without a real race?
Your body is not government property. I oppose forced medical treatment, including forced vaccines. I also support a woman’s freedom to make her own pregnancy decisions without politicians making that choice for her.
I support ending civil asset forfeiture. Government should not take your property unless you are convicted of a crime. I also oppose the death penalty because government mistakes should not be irreversible.
No tax should live forever. I support a five-year sunset on taxes and programs, with a super-majority vote required to renew or create them. Government should have to prove it still needs your money.
Kansas should fully legalize marijuana for adults. We should pardon or clear records for non-violent marijuana offenses and save our prison space for violent criminals.
The people should have a way to force a public review when government goes too far. I support petition rights at the state, county, and local level when 14% of voters sign on.
Public office should be service, not a lifetime job. I support term limits to bring fresh voices and more accountability to government.
